Our Municipality having strong commitment to the Principles of Transparency and Public Accountability, has implemented a coherent whistleblowing framework to achieve compliance, with the Laws 4808/2021 for the prevention of harassment; the Law 4990/2022 on the protection the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law. Our framework goes beyond the minimum legal requirements, and it is consistent to the ISO 37002:2021 & the guidelines of transparency internation. Moreover, this framework includes complaints over the services of our Municipality and other matters affecting the safety and the wellbeing of the citizens.

Though our whistleblowing platform you can report malpractices and raise complaints either anonymously or eponymously. All reports are handled and processed with the maximum confidentiality while the investigations assigned to competent professionals (Certified Public Accountants, Certified Internal Auditors & Certified Fraud Examiners).
